I bought a Glaisdale multi fuel stove through Mole Valley Farmers a few weeks ago and subsequently got a quote from yourselves (via MVF) for the flue parts.As out of pride I want to install the thing myself (retirement project!) I have spoken to your people several times today with rafts of questions, clarifications and general well intentioned pestering.

I'm a retired Director of companies ranging from Engineers, Brewers, Hotels, Manufacturers, Motor manufacturers, Retailers and all sorts in between. I want to tell you that your Charlotte Tracey is a Customer Service star. I was the Company turn-round specialist and not renowned for easy praise.
